The Philadelphia Eagles, in partnership with Firstrust Bank, are excited to announce the launch of the *Entrepreneurs Game Plan*—an innovative new program designed to empower educators and inspire the next generation of business leaders. This program will bring together 30 teachers from across the region for a special professional development workshop at Lincoln Financial Field, where they will receive a comprehensive curriculum and kit focused on entrepreneurship, business, and financial literacy.

During the workshop, teachers will gain the tools and resources necessary to bring entrepreneurship and financial literacy into their classrooms, using real-world business scenarios—many drawn from the world of sports. Over the course of the school year, participating teachers will follow monthly themes and engage in monthly check-ins, featuring exciting giveaways from the Philadelphia Eagles.

The program will culminate in April with an exciting "Shark Tank"-style pitch competition held at Lincoln Financial Field, where students will have the opportunity to showcase their entrepreneurial ideas and compete for scholarship prizes. The top three student pitches will win scholarships, with $2,500 awarded to the first-place winner and $1,000 each for second- and third-place winners.

This initiative aims to foster entrepreneurial thinking and financial literacy in students while giving teachers the tools to make a lasting impact in their schools.
