The Entrepreneurs Game Plan Program is an immersive, hands-on learning experience that empowers high school students with the tools, skills, and confidence to succeed in the world of business—through the exciting lens of the sports industry.
This interactive program seamlessly blends financial literacy, strategic thinking, and sports innovation, offering students a front-row seat to how professional sports organizations operate behind the scenes. From managing player salaries to running game-day logistics, students explore real-world business scenarios inspired by Professional Football.
Participants will dive into essential financial topics such as budgeting, money management, and revenue generation, while also developing entrepreneurial strategies to address challenges and opportunities in sports business. Along the way, students will work collaboratively in teams to create original business concepts.
The program culminates in a Shark Tank Style Pitch Competition held at Lincoln Financial Field, where teams present their innovative ideas to a panel of judges—putting their new knowledge into action in a dynamic, real-world setting.
